Refund Policy

At PlantsJar.com, we want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you may need to return a product. Therefore, we have a flexible and customer-friendly return policy in place.

Replacement

If you receive a damaged or defective plant or product, we will offer a free replacement. We understand that plants are living things and can be delicate, so we take extra care to ensure that they are shipped to you in good condition. However, if your plant or product arrives in a damaged or defective condition, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving it, and we will arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.

Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the product. If the product is not available, we will offer a refund for the same product.

Returns

If you wish to return a product for reasons other than damage or defect, we offer a 3-day return policy with a nominal shipping and handling fee of Rs 100. The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition. The refund will be processed after we receive the returned item.

Please note that plants are living organisms and can be affected by environmental conditions beyond our control, such as extreme temperatures. As such, we cannot accept returns for plants that have been damaged due to weather or other environmental conditions.
